Go out for a run!
Hi everyone! I hope you enjoyed the beautiful sunny days we had during the long weekend as much as I did. It was so nice to finally be able to really enjoy the Spring time that I decided to go out for a run. I grabbed my sneakers, my sport bag and my water bottle and I went to get my friend. We decided to go to Pointe-Aux-Trembles, where the view is splendid and the streets are wide, almost like in the suburbs. After a while, we decided to stop by a park for a sip of water, and my friend asked about my outfit.
I decided to wear my Sportive Plus Athabasca t-shirt because it was sunny and warm. This t-shirt will protect you from the sun (UFP 50 +++) and infrared (IR 60+), and I like it because it's comfortable and long enough for my torso, meaning no back or belly showing when I run.
PROS: This fabric is anti-bacterial, it controls bad odors and dries quickly. This t-shirt is a must, believe me!
I paired it with my Sportive Plus Sportech Skort. My friend was wondering how I could run comfortably in a skirt, but the magic trick is the hidden shorts underneath. I ran for a while and I'm surprised that the short didn't go up my thighs, that's great! I also love the print; it's so easy to pair with a bright colored shirt (or a black one, as I did).
PROS: the Coolmax fabric keeps you cool and dry. I also like that it's a versatile item, you can wear it for Tennis, for aerobics, for yoga...
Now that the Spring is officially here, I can't wait to get back outside and get moving! Let's go ladies, let me know which outdoor sport or activity you like to do in the Spring time to stay active.
