Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy

We hope that everything you buy at Sportive Plus will be to your satisfaction. If, for any reason, a product has not met your expectations, we’ll be happy to exchange or refund it within 15 days of receiving your package.

Exchange and refunds conditions

  • Returns are free!
  • The article(s) returned shall be in selling condition with all labels. It must not have been worn, altered, or washed
  • No return or exchange will be accepted without a receipt
  • You will have 7 days following the reception of your package to ship the item(s) to return
  • Merchandise exceeding 50% Off is final sale
  • Please note that panties, underwear, socks and swimwear without hygienic liner are not refundable and will not be exchanged
  • Items bought in store can’t be returned by mail
  • Initial shipping/import duty fees are nonrefundable

Exchanges and refunds in store

To return or exchange an item to the store, simply bring the item in a selling condition (not worn, not altered, not washed, and with all labels) with your original receipt to any of our stores. The refund, if any, must be done on the same credit card used to buy the item. 

Returns by mail

To return an item by mail, follow these steps:

  1. Fill out the form included in your package
  2. Place the clothe(s) in the bag included in the shipment
  3. Add your address to the printed return label
  4. Be sure to keep the smaller label with the tracking number for your records
  5. Place the return label onto the package. Be sure to remove any other labels to avoid confusion
  6. Drop off the package at the post office. No additional fees
  7. It's very easy! Your reimbursement will arrive within 5 days of receiving the package at our offices and go to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the purchase
