If your package could not be delivered due to a mistake in your address that you entered and you still want it, you will need to wait for the package
to be returned to the head office and you will have to (re)pay the shipping cost. Otherwise, we will refund the order minus the shipping cost. -
Shipping is FREE on orders of $150 or more before taxes.
- Gift cards are always shipped for free.
- Orders under $150 sent via Expedited Parcel are $9.95
- For any claim for an undelivered item, you have 45 days after the date of the order

Can take 5 to 7 business days
- At the checkout point, you will be able to select the 'Pick up in store' option and choose from one of our 4 stores. Our staff will contact you when your clothes are ready for picking. You will have 15 days to pick up your clothes in shop. Otherwise, the clothes will be put back in inventory and you will be automatically refunded.
Shipping to the United States
Canadian taxes are not charged on orders shipped to the United States. However, since all orders go through customs, import duties, applicable taxes and processing fees will be charged. A custom invoice will arrive with your parcel or may follow by mail. You will be responsible for paying these additional fees. We are unable to provide an estimate on these fees.
Shipping from multiple location
It is possible, for multiple order items that the shipment be split into parcels and shipped from different locations. No additional fees will be charged in that case.
