Exchange, return and refund policy for the United States
Deadlines for returns:
We hope that the products purchased from Sportive Plus will be to your complete satisfaction. If it turns out that an item does not meet your expectations, then we will be happy to exchange or refund it within 15 days of receiving the package.
Simply return your merchandise to us using the carrier of your choice within 5 days of receiving authorization for your return or exchange. Please note, before sticking the return label on the package, you must ensure that you remove the other labels on the package to avoid any confusion.
Returns and exchanges conditions
Return the items to us in the same condition as when they were delivered. Otherwise, we reserve the right to suspend your refund. We must be able to resell the product, so it is important that all items are in salable condition, i.e. any item must not have been worn, washed or altered. Any item must also be returned with all tags still attached and with all accompanying accessories.
Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
The following items are neither exchangeable nor refundable:
- Any merchandise at 50% off or more
- Stockings, tights, creams, gels, cleaning products, soaps and deodorants
- Sports Plus Gift Cards
Note that briefs, shorts and swimsuits can be returned when the purchase is made online but they must absolutely have the protective paper otherwise they will not be refunded or exchanged.
Fees for returns:
You are responsible for returning the merchandise at your expense and by the carrier of your choice.
For exchanges you are responsible for the costs of returning the merchandise and we will send you the exchange merchandise free of charge.
You will be reimbursed within 7 business days of receipt of the package on the same credit card used to make the purchase. Please allow us up to 2 business days to review your request. We will respond to you as soon as possible.

Any defective merchandise covered by our warranty will be repaired, exchanged or credited within 15 to 30 days depending on the supplier.
