Shipping policy
- FREE SHIPPING on orders of $150 or more, before taxes.
- Gift cards are always shipped free of charge.
- Orders under $150 shipped within Canada via Expedited Parcel: only $12.95.
- For any claim regarding an undelivered item, you have 45 days from the order date.
- The delivery times below are estimates only.
- If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout and you still wish to receive it, it must first be returned to our head office. You will then be required to pay the shipping fee again. Otherwise, the order will be refunded minus the original shipping cost

Multiple Shipments
An order containing several items may be shipped in multiple parcels. No additional fees will be charged in this case. For returns, we recommend waiting until you’ve received all items before returning them together in a single shipment.
In-Store Pickup (Free of Charge)
You may select in-store pickup only if the item is available at the chosen location. Our team will contact you as soon as your order is ready. You will have 15 days to pick it up. After this period, the items will be returned to inventory and you will automatically be refunded.
Shipping to the United States
- Shipping to the U.S. is available at a flat rate of $24.95.
Orders shipped to the U.S. are not subject to Canadian taxes. However, they may be subject to U.S. customs duties, taxes, and import processing fees. A customs invoice will accompany the parcel or be sent to you by mail. The recipient is responsible for these fees. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate the amount in advance.
