Refund policy

 

Return Deadlines:

We hope that the products purchased at Sportive Plus will fully satisfy you. If an item does not meet your expectations, we will be happy to exchange it or refund it within 15 days of receiving the package.

You simply need to drop off your package at a Canada Post counter within 5 days of receiving the authorization for your return or exchange. Please note that before sticking the return label on the package, make sure to remove any other labels on the package to avoid confusion.

Return and Exchange Conditions

Return items in the same condition as when they were delivered. Otherwise, we reserve the right to suspend your refund. We must be able to resell the product, so it is important that all items are in a saleable condition, meaning that they must not have been worn, washed, or altered. All items must also be returned with all tags still attached and with all accompanying accessories.

The initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

The following items are neither exchangeable nor refundable:

 

  • Any merchandise at 50% off or more
  • Socks, tights, creams, gels, care products, soaps, and deodorants
  • Sportive Plus Gift Cards

 

Please note that panties, shorts, and swimsuits can be returned when purchased online, but they must have the protective paper; otherwise, they will not be refunded or exchanged.

 

Return Fees:

We now charge a fee of $7.95 per package that is returned to us. The fee applies to each return request. Therefore, wait until you have received your complete order, if shipped in multiple shipments, before making your return request. Make sure to put everything in one package. These fees apply to the prepaid shipping label that we provide and will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that return fees are not charged if shipping fees had been paid, so for all orders of $150 or less. The $7.95 fee is automatically applied but will be refunded to you on your shipping fees.

There are no fees for returns of online purchases made at any of our Sportive Plus stores.

There are also no return fees for exchanges, and we offer free delivery on replacement orders.

  2. Enter your order number and email address
  3. Then click: Start a return.
  4. In Action, select: Original payment method for a refund.
  5. In Reason, select the reason for your return.
  6. Remarks: You can provide more details on the reason for your return
  7. Ex: Reason Too big (does not match the size guide)
  8. Click continue
  9. How would you like to return your order?
  10. Select how to return your order
  11. Ship via a prepaid return label
  12. $7.95 CAD Label fees apply for the prepaid shipping label we provide and will be deducted from your refund. (For more details, see Return Fees)
  13. Submit

You will be refunded within 7 business days of receiving the package on the same credit card used for the purchase. Please allow us up to 2 business days to review your request. We will respond to you as soon as possible.

  14. The exchange will be sent upon receipt of your item.

Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
for IN-STORE PURCHASES

We will be happy, upon presentation of the invoice, to exchange or refund any new merchandise with its tags within 15 days of the purchase date.

  • No returns or exchanges without an invoice will be accepted.
  • Items purchased in-store cannot be returned by mail.

PLEASE NOTE a refund can only be made at the same store where the purchase was made. For returns to a different Sportive Plus branch than where the initial purchase was made, a refund is possible via a gift card.

The following items are neither exchangeable nor refundable:

  • Any merchandise at 50% off or more
  • Underwear, socks, tights, cycling shorts, and swimsuits
  • Creams, gels, care products, soaps, and deodorants
  • Sportive Plus Gift Cards

Any defective merchandise covered by our warranty will be repaired, exchanged, or credited within 15 to 30 days depending on the supplier.
