Return Timeframe
At Sportive Plus, your satisfaction is our priority. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
Once your request is approved, you have 5 days to drop off your parcel at a Canada Post location. Before applying the return label, please make sure to remove any other labels from the original packaging to avoid confusion.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags and included accessories.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Returns must be pre-authorized through our return portal.
- Unauthorized or unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Non-returnable Items
- Any item discounted by 50% or more
- Socks, tights, creams, gels, soaps, cleaning products, deodorants
- Sportive Plus gift cards
- Underwear, bike shorts, and swimwear without the hygiene liner
Return Fees
A $7.95 fee applies for each prepaid return label provided by us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping for replacement items is free.
New Return & Exchange Method
To simplify returns and exchanges, log into your customer portal:

- Or go to www.sportiveplus.com → Click on “Client Area” at the top right
Simply enter your email and use the temporary code sent to you by email to log in.
From your client portal, you can:
- Update your personal details
- View your past orders
- Request a return or exchange easily
Exchange Benefits
- No return fee for exchanges
- A $7.95 credit is automatically applied to cover the return fee
- A free shipping coupon is also applied to your next order
- These two benefits are valid for 15 days to complete your exchange

In-store Purchases
Items purchased in-store may be exchanged or refunded within 15 days with a receipt, but only at the store where the original purchase was made. If you return your item to a different Sportive Plus location, a refund will be issued via gift card.
Important: Items purchased in-store cannot be returned by mail.
Non-exchangeable or Non-refundable In-store Items
- Any item discounted by 50% or more
- Underwear, socks, tights, bike shorts, swimwear
- Personal care products (creams, gels, soaps, deodorants)
- Gift cards
Defective Items
Any defective item covered by our warranty will be repaired, exchanged, or credited within 15 to 30 days, depending on the supplier.
