for PURCHASES made IN STORE - Returns from the United States
Deadlines for returns:
We hope that the products purchased from Sportive Plus will be to your complete satisfaction. If it turns out that an item does not meet your expectations, then we will be happy to exchange or refund it within 15 days of receiving the package.
All you have to do is drop off your package at a Canada Post counter within 5 days of receiving authorization for your return or exchange. Please note, before sticking the return label on the package, you must ensure that you remove the other labels on the package to avoid any confusion.
Returns and exchanges conditions
Return the items to us in the same condition as when they were delivered. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your refund. We must be able to resell the product, so it is important that all items are in sellable condition, i.e. any item must not have been worn, washed or altered. Any item must also be returned with all tags still attached and with all accompanying accessories.
Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
The following items are neither exchangeable nor refundable:
- Any merchandise at 50% off or more
- Stockings, tights, creams, gels, cleaning products, soaps and deodorants
- Sports Plus Gift Cards
Note that briefs, shorts and swimsuits can be returned when the purchase is made online but they must absolutely have the protective paper otherwise they will not be refunded or exchanged.
Fees for returns:
We now charge a fee of $7.95 per package returned to us. The fee is therefore applicable to each return request. Therefore, you must wait until you have received your complete order, if shipped in several shipments, before making your return request. So be sure to put everything in one package. These charges apply to the prepaid shipping label we provide to you and will be deducted from your refund.
Note that return costs are not charged if shipping costs had been paid, therefore for all orders of $150 and less. The $7.95 fee applies automatically but is refunded to you on your shipping costs.
There are no fees for returns of online purchases made at any of our Sportive Plus branches.
There are no return fees for exchanges either and we offer free shipping on replacement orders.

- Enter your order number and email address
- Then click: Start a return .
- In Action select: Original payment method for a refund.
- In reason select the reason for your return.
- Note: You can tell us more details about the reason for your return
- Ex: Reason Too big (does not match the size guide)
- Click on continue
- How do you want to return your order?
- Select how to return your order
- Ship via prepaid return label
- 7.95 CAD A label fee applies for the prepaid shipping label we provide to you and will be deducted from your refund. (For more details see Fees for returns )
- Submit
You will be reimbursed within 7 business days of receipt of the package on the same credit card used to make the purchase. Please allow us up to 2 business days to review your request. We will respond to you as soon as possible.

Procedures for exchanges:
- Go to our returns portal by clicking here
- Enter your order number and email address
- Then click: Start a return .
- In Action select: Item exchange to exchange for another size.
- Choose your exchange in New article
- In selected reason the reason for your exchange.
- Note: You can tell us more details about the reason for your exchange
- Ex: Reason Too big (does not match the size guide)
- Click on continue
- How do you want to return your order?
- Select how to return your order
- Ship via prepaid return label
- Submit
- The exchange will be sent upon receipt of your item.
Please allow up to 2 business days for us to respond to your request.

Return, exchange and refund policy
for PURCHASES made IN STORE
We will be happy, upon presentation of the invoice, to exchange or reimburse any new merchandise with its labels within 15 days following the date of purchase.
- No returns or exchanges without invoice will be accepted.
- Items purchased in store cannot be returned by mail.
PLEASE NOTE a refund can only be made in the same store where the purchase was made. For returns to another Sportive Plus branch than the one where the initial purchase was made, reimbursement is possible via a gift card.
The following items are neither exchangeable nor refundable:

- Underwear, stockings, tights, cycling shorts and swimwear
- Creams, gels, cleaning products, soaps and deodorants

Any defective merchandise covered by our warranty will be repaired, exchanged or credited within 15 to 30 days depending on the supplier.
