Yes, but the discount must be less than 50%. Any item of clothing that is 50% or more off is considered a final sale.

Yes of course. This method was implemented for this reason. It allows you to “reserve” items by purchasing them online. By picking them up in store, you can try and refund if it does not suit. Even items discounted at 50% or more are refundable in this case.

Delivery and pick up in store:

To do this, you must check the "pick up in store" option when paying online. Please note that only the clothes available at the chosen store can be picked up in store, otherwise you will only have the "delivery" option. Following online payment, the selected store will receive the order and send you a notification when it is ready for pickup.

During the packaging of your order, your label has been created. You should have received a notification with your Canada Post tracking number. Please check your email, including your "spam" folder.

Please make sure to mention your order number, your name, and the item to be refunded or exchanged. If the order is still being processed, we can cancel it. If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately, we cannot cancel it.

Size guide question:

When shopping online, by clicking on an item, you have access to the size guide associated with our clothing. Each company has a different size guide. Just check under the photo in "Size Guide".

In general, the equivalent quantities are:

  • X to 12
  • 1X at 14w-16w
  • 2X at 18w-20w
  • 3X at 22w-24w
  • 4X at 26w

Please note that the "W" stands for "Wide" for plus size. Also take into account that each company has its own size chart. It is for this reason that you can rely on the size guides provided.

Concerning the Sportive Plus brand clothing, we still have several styles that are made here in Quebec! You can check out our "Made in Quebec" and "Made in Canada" web page.
